Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Back up for month end reporting

·         Compile and prepare numerous reports as requested for management analysis.

·         Perform all activities related to order entry, order acknowledgement, invoicing, credit issuance and R.M.A.

·         Validate and record all quotations.

·         Coordinates with Corporate Credit Department on all credit issues and assist with collection of past due invoices.

·         Maintain Sales database and provide reports as required.

Position Requirements:
