In 1964, the company revolutionized fire dampers by inventing the Curtain Blade Fire Damper, still the industry standard. The acquisitions of Phillips Air Division, Pacific Air Balance, and Pacific Air Products have enabled Mestek to significantly enhance the product offerings of Air Balance.
